Products & order acceptance

The catalogue describes sourcing offers, not verified warehouse inventory. AI-generated product images show the intended style and do not replace final supplier photographs. We confirm supplier availability, product specification, selected size/colour, actual origin where relevant, price, taxes and delivery conditions before accepting payment. We do not substitute a materially different product without your consent.

A submitted unpaid order records your request and is not confirmation of payment or final order acceptance. An order becomes binding when we issue written acceptance of the final quotation and the agreed payment requirement is met. If we cannot fulfil an accepted order, we will contact you and refund any amount due without unreasonable delay.

Prices & currencies

Base offer prices are in USD and may be revised before order acceptance. The currency selector provides indicative conversions using the latest available daily reference rates. The final invoice and payment page must state the actual charge currency and amount. Your bank may apply its own conversion rate or fees.

Payment

Only the payment methods actually available on the confirmed payment page or agreed invoice may be used. We never request card numbers or security codes through the enquiry form. Online card payments are not yet enabled; see Payments & Ordering for current status.

Delivery, returns & cancellation

The Shipping & Delivery and Returns & Refunds policies form part of these terms. Quotation-specific terms are disclosed before you agree to an order.

Your information

Provide accurate contact, billing and delivery information and a valid mobile number with country code. You are responsible for using the website lawfully and keeping any account credentials private.

Responsibility & disputes

We will exercise reasonable care in coordinating an order and resolving problems. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded. Indonesian law applies subject to mandatory protections available in your jurisdiction. Contact us first to seek an amicable resolution; you retain access to legally available complaint and dispute mechanisms.

Changes

We may update these terms for future orders. The terms accepted for an existing order continue to apply to that order unless a lawful change is agreed.
