Returns & Refunds

45-day return window

You may request a return within 45 calendar days of delivery. Email your order reference, item, reason and, for damage or defects, photographs where reasonably possible. Please contact us before sending anything: we will provide the appropriate return instructions and address.

Defective, damaged or incorrect items

If an item arrives defective, damaged or materially different from the confirmed order, contact us within the 45-day window. We will arrange an appropriate refund, replacement or other remedy and cover reasonable return costs for a confirmed fault. This policy does not reduce any longer or stronger rights available under applicable consumer law.

Change-of-mind returns

Return goods unused, unwashed and with their original tags, accessories and packaging where reasonably possible. You pay the disclosed return cost for a change-of-mind return. Personalised or made-to-order goods and fabric cut to a customer-specific length may be excluded from change-of-mind returns where legally permitted; such exclusions must be disclosed before payment. Defective-goods rights remain.

Refund timing & method

After receiving the returned goods or acceptable evidence of return, we aim to inspect and initiate an approved refund within 7 business days. We aim to resolve the refund process within 45 calendar days of the return request; any shorter legal deadline takes priority. We will not use this outer limit to delay an otherwise due refund.

Refunds are made to the original payment method where possible. Provider and bank processing can take additional time, which we will explain. We do not charge a restocking fee for confirmed defective or incorrect goods. Original delivery charges are refunded when required by law or where the entire order was faulty.

Warranty information

The 45-day defect remedy is AGM’s seller policy. We do not claim a manufacturer warranty unless the specific product offer identifies one in writing. Misuse, unauthorised modification and normal wear are not manufacturing defects. Statutory remedies are unaffected.

Cancel before dispatch

Contact us immediately to request cancellation. Standard goods can be cancelled before dispatch. Custom orders may have non-recoverable production costs only where disclosed and agreed beforehand and permitted by law.
