Shipping & Delivery
Effective 12 September 2026. This policy applies to retail parcel orders unless your written quotation specifies different terms.
Delivery timing
Our delivery target is 5–7 business days after dispatch for supported standard parcel routes. Business days exclude weekends and public holidays. Sourced-to-order products require supplier confirmation and preparation first; that preparation period is communicated before payment and is additional to transit time.
Once goods are ready and payment is confirmed, we aim to dispatch within two business days. Customs inspections, remote destinations, incomplete addresses, restricted goods or carrier disruption can extend delivery. We will communicate a revised estimate rather than promise an unavailable delivery date.
AGM standard parcel tariffs
The following are AGM’s proposed retail shipping charges in USD, not a live carrier quote. They apply to parcels up to 5 kg; each additional started kilogram is charged at the listed rate. The final quotation confirms actual or volumetric weight, taxes and destination eligibility before payment.

*Austria, Belgium, Croatia, Cyprus, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Portugal, Slovakia, Slovenia and Spain. Other countries, parcels over 5 kg, remote-area deliveries and bulk shipments require a separate quotation. The currency selector does not determine shipping eligibility.
Taxes, customs & import duties
Do not assume the displayed product price includes import VAT, GST, customs duties, clearance charges or brokerage. The final quotation identifies taxes collected by AGM and charges payable by the recipient. We will not request payment before those responsibilities are disclosed. Customs assessments depend on product classification, value, origin and destination rules.
Tracking & delivery problems
Tracking information is sent after dispatch when provided by the carrier. Contact us promptly for damaged packaging, a missing parcel or an incorrect delivery. Keep packaging and photographs while we investigate. Your statutory rights are not affected.
