Payments & Ordering

Current status: You can submit an unpaid order through checkout. Your order is saved in WooCommerce and confirmation emails are sent to you and AGM. No payment is collected at submission. AGM confirms supply, final merchandise details, delivery and taxes before providing payment instructions. Online card payments are not yet enabled.

How to order

  1. Browse the clothing collection, save favourites to your wishlist, choose a size and add products to your cart.
  2. Review quantities and estimated delivery charges. All orders are recorded in USD; other displayed currencies are indicative conversions.
  3. Continue to checkout. Enter your billing and delivery details, email address and mobile number with its country calling code.
  4. Select Submit order — pay after confirmation, accept the terms and click Submit order.
  5. You receive an order number and an email summary. AGM receives the order in its business inbox and WooCommerce dashboard.
  6. AGM confirms the final supply details and any taxes before requesting payment. Your order remains unpaid until payment is actually received.

Product availability

Products are sourced to order. A listing does not mean units are held in stock. If your requested item is unavailable, we will offer an alternative for your approval or decline the request. We will not take payment for an unconfirmed substitute.

Currency display

Choose USD, IDR, INR, SGD, MYR, CNY, EUR, AUD or CAD. Conversion applies across catalogue prices, cart amounts and shipping estimates. Rates are requested daily from Frankfurter; the last published business-day rate can remain unchanged over weekends or holidays. If rates are unavailable, USD prices remain visible. The final invoice states the charge currency and amount.

Payment safety & receipts

We will publish available online payment methods here after merchant activation and successful transaction, notification and refund checks. Do not send sensitive card data by email or WhatsApp. Order submission emails contain your product details, quantities, totals and order reference. A submission email is not a payment receipt. When online payment is activated, paid status will follow the payment provider confirmation.

Order updates

Provide an accurate email address and a mobile number with country code. Keep your order reference when contacting us. Return and cancellation information is available in our Returns & Refunds policy.
